US Tech Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Training Specialist to join the Fairport, NY team. The role supports the development, delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of the plant training program.

You will serve as the plant's Training Within Industry (TWI) trainer and auditor, administer Dozuki and TrueBlue Learning systems, coordinate onboarding, design and deploy eLearning content, and lead training projects across departments to raise performance and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Experience developing, delivering, or administering training programs in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Ability to facilitate classroom and hands-on training for employees at various levels.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and structured on-the-job training.
• Ability to administer learning systems and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to create engaging training content and eLearnings using diverse media.
• Strong project leadership, organization, and follow-through.
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills to translate requirements into training solutions.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the plant’s Training Within Industry (TWI) trainer and auditor.
• Administer Dozuki training and knowledge platform.
• Administer TrueBlue Learning activities; support content, curricula, and reporting.
• Coordinate and lead new employee onboarding activities.
• Design, develop, update, and deploy eLearning content.
• Support or lead plant training projects and cross-department initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement training technologies to improve delivery and accessibility.
• Provide coaching and project support to training resources as needed.
