Job summary

Corning in Fairport, NY is seeking a Manufacturing Training Specialist to join our plant team. This role supports the development, delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of the site training program, ensuring alignment with manufacturing goals and quality standards.

You will lead TWI training and audits, administer Dozuki and TrueBlue Learning platforms, design and deploy eLearning content, and collaborate across teams to advance onboarding, training projects, and performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, engineering, or another applicable field.
Experience in developing, delivering, or administering training programs in a manufacturing, technical, or operational environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the plant’s TWI trainer and auditor, delivering Job Instruction training and coaching.
Administer Dozuki and support content structure, access, and usage.
Administer TrueBlue Learning activities including curricula, records, reporting, and user support.
Coordinate and lead new employee onboarding activities.
Design, develop, and deploy eLearning content using appropriate instructional methods and media.
Support plant training projects and cross-department initiatives.
Evaluate and implement training technologies to improve delivery and accessibility.
Provide coaching and systems support to training resources as needed.
