Job summary

MCC is hiring a Training Specialist to drive the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of our production training program. You will scale training across shifts and sites, balancing speed and quality while maintaining safety and KPIs.

You will leverage video-based training, e-learning, and digital skills tracking to accelerate delivery, partnering with equipment groups to ensure best practices and efficient use of tools.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to run a manufacturing operation.
• Lean manufacturing formal training or experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency for data entry and equations.
• Ability to make rational, data-driven decisions quickly.
• Experience with Radius, SAP, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety as the plant’s priority and lead tailgate meetings.
• Drive a scalable training program to improve quality and delivery KPIs.
• Design and implement mass-training for operators without sacrificing output.
• Leverage video-based training, e-learning, and digital tracking tools.
• Collaborate with equipment partners to update training content and methods.
• Scale training approach to changing headcount and seasonal demand.
• Coordinate with production managers and HR on weekly training priorities.
• Deliver hands-on training or oversee trained staff to certify competency.
• Attend monthly training and development meetings.
