Job summary

MCC, a global leader in premium labels, seeks a Training Specialist to join the Training and Development Committee. You will own the technical training of our production team, ensuring safety, quality, and rapid ramp‑up of operators while maintaining production output.

You will leverage video-based training, e‑learning, and digital skills tracking, partner with equipment teams, and coordinate with production managers and HR on weekly training priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong manufacturing experience required.
• Lean manufacturing training or experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and make quick, fact-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement a scalable training program for production operators.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery through training.
• Develop and maintain skills matrices and KPI boards.
• Collaborate with HR, production managers, and supervisors weekly.
