Job summary

Skill is partnering with a leading organization to create foundational training architecture for a new manufacturing workforce. The role focuses on translating complex engineering processes into shop-floor-ready learning experiences that empower teams and drive productivity from day one.

The candidate will design a four-module MVP onboarding curriculum, establish standardized templates, and lead a five-gate content governance process, leveraging Articulate Storyline and LMS integration.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in curriculum development for frontline manufacturing or skilled trades training.
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences, from executives to apprentices.
• Strong project management abilities in fast-paced settings.
• Deep understanding of adult learning theories and blended learning design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs across Safety, Quality, Lean Manufacturing, and Operations to transform technical knowledge into structured training.
• Design and develop a four-module MVP onboarding curriculum: Manufacturing 101, Safety Fundamentals, Quality Fundamentals, Lean Basics.
• Create standardized templates for decks, guides, checks, and video storyboards using Storyline and LMS tools.
• Drive lean principles with visual, intuitive instructional flows; minimize text-heavy manuals.
• Support rollout of a SharePoint hub and integrate training with a Docebo LMS.
• Lead a five-gate content governance process from SME intake to deployment and train-the-trainer activities.
• Apply ADDIE and ongoing needs analysis to target learning objectives and measure outcomes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via formative assessments and learner feedback.
