Job summary

Clark Pacific is seeking a Foreman in Texas to oversee manufacturing operations across multiple lines and divisions. You will lead teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and quality on the floor, reading blueprints and directing material preparation per specifications.

You will supervise daily workflows, train staff, and enforce SOPs/JHA while coordinating equipment operation and maintenance. Union environment experience is preferred, with comprehensive benefits and weekly compensation.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum of 4 years in concrete, construction or manufacturing or related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role preferred.
• Experience in a Union environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations and support multiple projects and teams.
• Instruct daily workflow, scheduling, and safety practices.
• Read and interpret blueprints and distribute tasks accordingly.
• Operate/coordinate heavy equipment as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and enforce SOPs and JHA.
