Job summary

Victaulic in West Jordan, Utah seeks a Manufacturing Trainer to own the full training lifecycle for the production workforce. You will assess skill gaps, design and deliver hands-on welding and machine operation training, and collaborate with instructional designers to build structured documentation and learning materials that stick.

You will work directly with shop employees to build competency in welding (GMAW-P, GTAW) and coating processes while contributing to SOPs and visual aids supporting

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Manufacturing or steel fabrication experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own the full training lifecycle for our production workforce, including assessing skill gaps and delivering hands-on training.
• Develop structured process documentation and learning materials.
• Build competency in welding processes and machinery operation.
• Prepare and deliver manufacturing training sessions, measuring effectiveness.
• Track progress and rollout training programs across the facility.
