Victaulic is seeking a Manufacturing Trainer in West Jordan, Utah to own the full training lifecycle for our production workforce. You will assess skill gaps, design and deliver hands-on training for welders and machine operators, and partner with instructional designers to build structured documentation and learning materials that endure.

You will work directly with shop personnel to build competency in welding, coating, and equipment operation while contributing to SOPs and visual aids that

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in manufacturing or steel fabrication environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate employees and identify skill gaps.
• Design and deliver hands-on training for welders and machine operators.
• Develop structured process documents and learning materials.
• Create training presentations and short videos.
• Track training progress and measure effectiveness.
• Support rollout of training programs.
• Train on operation of specific machinery and certifications.
• Assist FEM/5S program as needed.
