You will own the full training lifecycle for our production workforce, assessing skill gaps and delivering hands-on training for welders and machine operators while collaborating with instructional designers on process documentation and learning materials.

• Good written and oral communication skills.

• Evaluate and identify skill gaps in production staff.
• Design and deliver hands-on training for welders and machine operators.
• Develop and maintain structured process documentation and learning materials.
• Create training materials and presentations using PowerPoint and videos.
• Track training progress and effectiveness across the workforce.
• Support rollout and communication of training programs in a timely manner.
