Job summary

Victaulic in West Jordan, Utah is seeking a Manufacturing Trainer to own the full training lifecycle for our production workforce. You will assess skill gaps, design and deliver hands-on training for welders and machine operators, and partner with instructional designers to create structured documentation and learning materials that stick.

You will work directly with shop employees to build competency in welding processes, machinery operation, and coating, while contributing to SOPs and visual

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; experience in manufacturing setting preferred.
• Strong communication and self-motivation; able to work independently.
• Basic math, blueprint reading, and ability to build training materials.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate employees and identify skill gaps in production.
• Design and deliver hands-on training for welders and machine operators.
• Create process documentation and learning materials with instructional designers.
• Develop SOPs and visual job aids to support long-term workforce development.
