Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field with extensive relevant experience or MS with substantial experience
• Experience leading and developing people in manufacturing/test environments
• Experience with manufacturing test software and automated test systems
• Ability to obtain Secret security clearance and US citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, verify, and maintain automated test software and test program sets
• Integrate test software with IRCM/RFCM product test sets and data systems
• Prepare proposals with scope, cost, and schedule estimates
• Troubleshoot complex IRCM/RFCM test software issues in a fast-paced production environment
• Drive continuous improvement in cost, yields, cycle time, and reliability
