Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and at least 5 years in production/assembly, with experience in Lean/CI and MES/ERP systems. DoD clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in production assembly/fabrication.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required.
• LEAN/Continuous Improvement experience and root-cause problem-solving skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen including budgeting and EAC.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Material Evaluation Lab and the test/measurement equipment tracking team.
• Set work priorities, assign tasks, and provide data-driven reporting to stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team of engineers and technicians.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
