Job summary

Anduril Industries in Irvine seeks a Manufacturing Test Engineering Manager to oversee the test strategy and the production readiness of high‑volume EW hardware.

You will lead a test engineering team, drive automation, ensure quality through rigorous testing, and partner with design, SEIT, and manufacturing to scale from pre‑production to full rollout. Security clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing test and product sustainment experience.
• 2+ years as a people manager leading manufacturing test engineering or similar fields.
• Experience with Linux, C#, Python, NixOS, LabVIEW or equivalent test automation.

Responsibilities

• Direct the manufacturing test engineering team and set objectives and initiatives.
• Oversee improvements to the manufacturing test strategy for scalable operations.
• Collaborate with product SEIT and development engineering for design testability and production integration.
