Celestica Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Associate Engineer, Test Manufacturing to maintain and advance automatic test equipment and test programs used for product testing and design verification. You will support test development and work with cross-functional teams to drive yield, cycle-time, and quality improvements.

Focus areas include ICT/ATE configurations, DOE-based debugging, data-driven yield analysis, and MES integration to ensure robust test solutions and high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) setups and maintenance.
• Ability to design and interpret experiments (DOE) and analyze results.
• Strong data analysis skills to identify yield and process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Define, install, and optimize test processes and equipment for manufacturing.
• Lead test process optimization to improve cycle time and yield.
• Debug test processes using DOE, failure analysis, and data-driven methods.
• Collaborate with Quality, Process, and Equipment engineers to resolve yield issues.
• Develop roadmaps to improve test coverage, diagnosability, and OEE.
• Analyze yield reports and equipment logs to identify sources of yield loss.
• Provide support to process engineers to improve defect detection and control.
• Assist integration of test equipment with Manufacturing Execution Systems.
