Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Lead Engineer, Test Manufacturing in Plano, TX to manage and enhance automatic test equipment and programs used for product testing and design verification. You will oversee board-level diagnostics (ICT, FCT, RF) and burn-in/EOL processes to ensure reliability before shipment.

The role includes defining test processes, leading optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve yield and test performance.

Qualifications

• Board-Level Testing: ICT, FCT, RF testing, Hi-Pot.
• Assembly-Level Testing: System integration testing and final product validation, Burn-in testing, End-of-Line (EOL).

Responsibilities

• Define, specify, qualify, install, support and optimize test processes and equipment for manufacturing.
• Lead test process optimization to improve cycle time and yield.
• Debug test processes and equipment using DOE, tools and failure analysis.
• Collaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment engineers to resolve yield and performance issues.
• Develop roadmaps to improve test coverage, diagnosability and OEE.
• Analyze yield reports and logs to identify sources of yield loss.
• Support integration of test equipment with Manufacturing Execution Systems.
