• A STEM degree is typically required with less than two years of relevant experience.
• Preferred qualifications include knowledge of statistics, parametric process control, Six Sigma and Lean electronics, along with strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, verify, and sustain manufacturing test processes, equipment, and procedures to improve test yields, throughput, capacity, quality, and equipment reliability.
• Provide technical support to production test technicians, analyze failures and manufacturing issues, maintain test documentation, and collaborate with design and cross-functional teams on production readiness and corrective actions.
