The Kinetic Group is seeking a manufacturing associate in Arkansas to transport materials, feed machines and support safe, efficient process flow. You will weigh scrap, use SAP/MRP as needed and follow all safety rules while supporting ISO goals.

Responsibilities include operating one or more machines, loading materials, maintaining records and helping mentor new team members. Overtime may be required as business needs arise.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year forklift experience and ability to pass certification.
• Ability to read and write in English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Tends machines and ensures safe operation per work instructions.
• Loads raw materials, conveys, weighs and processes scrap materials.
• Maintains process records and keeps a clean, organized workspace.
