Job summary

The Kinetic Group is seeking a reliable production technician to transport materials, load machines, and maintain safe, efficient process flow. You will monitor and document process steps, support ISO goals, and participate in team initiatives.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year forklift experience with certification, and basic PC skills. Expect a safety-conscious environment with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English sufficiently to perform tasks.
• One year forklift experience; must pass forklift certification.
• Basic PC skills to navigate menus and print documents.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more machines or processes as directed by supervisor.
• Tend conveyors and loading of raw materials as required.
• Maintain documentation and records for process integrity.
• Keep work area clean and orderly, adhere to 5S standards.
• Mentor new or temporary associates in assigned area.
• Assist with safety and hazardous waste handling as trained.
