Job summary

The Kinetic Group is hiring for a manufacturing associate in Lonoke, Arkansas. The role involves transporting materials, loading machines, and maintaining accurate process records to support efficient production flows.

You will work with hazardous materials according to safety standards, wear protective gear, and participate in team-based problem solving. Strong English communication and a High School diploma are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or recognized equivalent required.
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions and safety procedures.
• Experience with forklift operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in a safe and orderly manner and follow plant rules.
• Wear required safety equipment and maintain readiness.
• Attend shift, department and plant meetings as directed.
• Tend machines/processes by loading materials and conveying scrap as directed.
• Maintain process records and keep area clean and orderly.
• Mentor new and temporary associates in the work area.
• May handle hazardous waste with proper training and supervision.
