Precision Power Solutions, a division of EnerSys, seeks a Manufacturing Technician III to support production of complex products and power circuitry. The role emphasizes hands-on work, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and engineering in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate reads schematics, performs PCB/assembly troubleshooting, and contributes to continuous improvements while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Expert knowledge of IPC-610 soldering standards and practices.
• Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic troubleshooting of CCAs/PCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering, assembly, testing, and inspection of prototypes and released products.
• Assist in creating SOPs, test procedures, and safety procedures.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root-cause analysis and rework.
• Coordinate tasks with peers and provide training when required.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow traceability requirements.
