Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a 2-year technical college degree or equivalent.
• Ability to read assembly prints, wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Minimum of 3 years in a related industry preferred; strong communication with teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and operate production line equipment.
• Perform functional tests on component assemblies and systems.
• Operate and maintain production line equipment including conveyors, SMT, wave solder, and reflow ovens.
• Use hand tools, caliper, fixtures, and basic computers to support assembly.
• Train new employees in job functions and follow safety and ESD guidelines.
• Maintain clear daily production records and data.
