Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in manufacturing or cleanroom environment preferred.
• Ability to learn PPE procedures and contamination-control practices.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines supporting manufacturing and finishing processes.
• Learn and perform 5S workplace organization activities.
• Develop proficiency in designated processes through hands-on training.
• Follow Silfex policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Read work instructions, setup sheets, and process specifications.
• Enter production and quality data into batch records and ERP system.
• Maintain area cleanliness and perform housekeeping.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
