Job summary

You will contribute to cleaning, polishing, etching, and texturing processes while meeting detailed specifications and safety standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on training across 3–5 processes, adherence to Silfex Quality Management System, and collaboration with teams to ensure high-quality production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience operating equipment in manufacturing, cleanroom, or similar environment.
• Ability to wear PPE and cleanroom attire for 12-hour shifts; training and PPE provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines that support Silfex manufacturing and finishing processes.
• Learn and perform 5S workplace organization activities.
• Develop proficiency in 3–5 designated processes through hands-on training.
• Follow Silfex policies and procedures for routine tasks.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings and process specifications.
• Enter production and quality data into batch records and ERP system.
• Ensure area cleanliness and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance as assigned.
