Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company seeks a Manufacturing Technician 2 to operate advanced equipment for precision silicon components used in semiconductor tools. In this role, you will handle cleaning, polishing, etching, and texturing as part of a production team.

In a 12‑hour shift, you will learn 3–5 designated processes, read assembly drawings, enter data into ERP, and support quality standards. You’ll follow 5S principles and safety policies in a cleanroom environment to meet customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing, cleanroom, or similar setting.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts with PPE.
• Basic computer skills to navigate systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines supporting manufacturing and finishing processes.
• Learn and perform 3–5 designated processes through hands-on training.
• Read and interpret drawings, follow work instructions and setup sheets.
• Enter production and quality data into batch records and ERP.
• Maintain area cleanliness and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; report hazards.
