Job summary

RBC Bearings is seeking a Machinist I in Tucson to support precision machining and continuous improvement. You will work with a team to meet productivity and quality goals, following drawings, procedures, and safety standards.

You will operate milling, drilling, grinding and related equipment, inspect parts, and contribute to process control. Overtime and adherence to ITAR/EAR are necessary for this role.

Qualifications

Must understand shop mathematics and reading drawings.
Able to learn and follow procedures with accuracy.
Overtime may be required to meet production goals.
Must be a US citizen or eligible to work (ITAR/EAR compliance).
Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing all shift.

Responsibilities

Operate machines to produce parts per drawings.
Deburr, inspect, and measure parts to spec.
Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
Identify parts with engraving or marking methods.
Perform SPC and monitor process quality.
