This Manufacturing Tech I role supports liner processing and daily production with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will read blueprints, operate equipment, and complete logs while maintaining a clean, safe work area and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED required.
• Must read and write English.
• Must follow detailed instructions, do accurate work at a rapid pace and meet scheduling deadlines.
• Manual dexterity and the ability to carry out complex, repetitive tasks quickly and methodically.
• Available to work overtime as required.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to bend, squat, sit, stand, walk, and handle objects. The employee is occasionally required to push/pull and reach above shoulder level. The employee must be able to carry/lift up to 40 pounds and be able to rotate item being handled.
• Work on feet for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery to support the production process.
• Read drawings and follow documented procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Complete daily production logs as required.
• Complete required equipment maintenance checks.
• Comply with internal quality systems and procedures.
