Job summary

RBC Bearings Incorporated is seeking a Manufacturing Tech I to process components through the liner process and support the production line. You will set up and operate machinery, read drawings, and maintain quality and safety standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED required.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must follow detailed instructions, do accurate work at a rapid pace and meet scheduling deadlines.
• Manual dexterity and the ability to carry out complex, repetitive tasks quickly and methodically.
• Available to work overtime as required.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to bend, squat, sit, stand, walk, and handle objects.
• The employee must be able to carry/lift up to 40 pounds and rotate items being handled.
• Work on feet for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery in support of the production process.
• Process components through the liner process.
• Complete daily production logs as required.
• Complete required equipment maintenance checks.
• Adhere to internal quality systems and procedures.
