RBC Bearings Incorporated is seeking a Manufacturing Tech I to support Sargent Aerospace & Defense. The role involves processing components through liner-related steps, operating machinery, reading drawings, and maintaining quality and safety standards on a full shift.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, logging production data, and adhering to internal quality systems. The ideal candidate reads English, demonstrates manual dexterity, and can work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED required.
• Must read and write English.
• Follow instructions, work accurately and meet deadlines.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive tasks; lift up to 40 pounds.
• Overtime may be required; standing for shift.
• Ability to read blueprints and apply quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery for production.
• Process components per drawings and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
• Complete daily production logs and equipment checks.
• Comply with internal quality systems and procedures.
