Job summary

B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking an Operating Technician to operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve manufacturing equipment in a production environment. You will follow standard work procedures, monitor product quality, and ensure safe, compliant operations on site.

The role supports training, participates in continuous improvement programs, and completes batch records and documentation according to SOPs. Regular on-site attendance is required in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years related experience or technical requirements completed and pass assessment.

Responsibilities

• Operate all assigned equipment following standard work per SOP.
• Establish, implement, maintain and enhance standard work with manufacturing leaders.
• Train operators on standard work and troubleshoot techniques.
• Recommend changes to operating procedures to improve quality and efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs (LPMS, 5S, KATA, Kaizen).
• Troubleshoot machine stoppages and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and document results per records.
• Monitor production quality and take action per SOP.
