B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking an Operating Technician to support manufacturing operations in Irvine, CA. This onsite role requires hands-on work with assigned equipment, adherence to SOPs, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of related experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and train peers. Relocation is not offered for this position; compensation is aligned with market ranges for this site.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot production equipment and propose solutions.
• Ability to work with supervisors, leads, peers and external contractors.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Operate assigned manufacturing equipment following SOPs and standard work.
• Monitor product quality, record deviations and document batch records and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot line stoppages and coordinate escalation for technical support.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance during downtime and collaborate with maintenance teams.
• Train operators on standard work and troubleshooting techniques.
• Suggest improvements to operating procedures to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities (LPMS, 5S, KATA, Kaizen).
