Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Technical & Hands-On training completed.
- Ability to troubleshoot production equipment and apply judgment.
- Regular on-site attendance required.
Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment per SOPs and standard work.
- Monitor product quality and document batch records and logs.
- Troubleshoot line stoppages and coordinate with maintenance/tech support.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance during downtime.
- Train operators on standard work and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities (LPMS, 5S, Kaizen).
