Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Owensboro, KY is hiring an Entry Technician to operate high-speed manufacturing equipment and support production goals with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

You will maintain and adjust equipment for quality output, document performance metrics, and work with a cross-functional team to meet production targets in a 12-hour rotating shift, including nights and weekends. Local candidates authorized to work in the US only.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have 1+ years of continuous work experience.
• Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
• Be able to work a 12-hour rotating shift including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Pass pre-employment assessments and a pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Possess legal right to work in the United States.
• Basic mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery that produces and packages Kimberly-Clark products.
• Document daily performance metrics and report findings in verbal and written formats.
• Identify machine faults and adjust settings to maintain high quality materials.
• Collaborate with team members in a self-directed work team system.
• Ensure safety and comply with company policies and procedures.
