Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Mobile Mill is seeking an Operations Technician to operate and maintain converting equipment, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets. You will run large industrial machines, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic maintenance in a 12‑hour rotating shift environment.

Responsibilities include data entry in multiple systems, adherence to PPE and safety protocols, and contributing to continuous improvement within a high‑performing work system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ability to pass pre‑employment tests.
• 4+ years of continuous work experience preferred.
• 3+ years in direct industrial/plant operating experience in operator, mechanic or technical support roles.
• Must be able to operate industrial vehicles, including forklifts.
• Must lift 50 lbs. and work in areas with fluctuating temperatures and damp conditions.
• Must pass pre‑employment drug and background screening and PAT.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, productivity, cost and culture objectives.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and multi‑tasking.
• Read and follow Standard Work Procedures and instructions.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and uphold PPE requirements.
• Communicate using standard business software and pursue continuous learning.
• Login daily to input, update, and interpret data in multiple software systems.
