Kimberly-Clark in Owensboro, KY is hiring an Entry Technician to operate high-speed manufacturing equipment and maintain production, packaging and distribution lines. You’ll join a team focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement, and you’ll work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of work experience, basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
• Have 1+ years of continuous work experience.
• Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment used in manufacturing, packaging and distribution.
• Document daily performance metrics in verbal and written formats.
• Identify machine faults and perform adjustments to meet quality standards.
• Work as part of a self-directed team to engage and participate with others.
