Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime.
• Pass pre-employment assessment and pre-employment drug + background screening.
• Safety mindset with focus on hazard recognition.
• Experience with mill computer systems such as SAP, MES, MS Office (Outlook, PIMS).
• Able to work in a High-Performance Work Team culture.
