Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Systems Operations Engineer - Production Support to join our client’s team in a 24-month contract. The role requires handling 24/7 incident management and collaborating with client personnel to resolve moderately complex production issues.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Linux/Windows, Autosys, ServiceNow, TFE, and cloud tooling, plus proficiency in monitoring with AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and Splunk.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Linux/Windows, Autosys, Harness, ServiceNow, TFE, and cloud tools.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management; 24/7 support readiness.
• Familiar with monitoring and analytics tools such as AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and Splunk.

Responsibilities

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Systems Operations Engineer - Production Support

Position Type: Full-time (Contract )

Duration: 24 Months

Location: Charlotte, NC and Chandler, AZ

As a Systems Operations Engineer - Production Support, you will:

• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Systems Operations Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Systems Operations Engineering.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Systems Operations Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experienced Working Knowledge of varying technologies including Linux, Autosys, Windows OS, Harness, ServiceNow, TFE, Cloud Management Portal, Big Panda, App Dynamics, Thousand Eyes, Splunk.
• Proficient level experience with incident management, problem management, and change management. Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Salary Range*: $40 to $48.50 Per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
