Acara Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in Londonderry, NH to support the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and finished products. You’ll work with engineers on equipment setup, calibration, testing, rework, and process improvements to maintain quality and operational performance.

This temporary-to-permanent role offers a hands-on, team-driven environment with opportunities to grow within a global workforce solutions leader.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 4+ years of experience operating computers.
  • Associates Degree preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication.

Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing operations, including equipment setup and calibration, rework, quality testing, and production activities.
  • Use manufacturing programs and operating data to monitor processes and make appropriate adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
  • Partner with engineers to conduct experiments, troubleshoot production issues, and identify opportunities to improve processes.
  • Follow established procedures and quality standards while helping achieve operational targets within the assigned work area.
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to share information, resolve routine issues, and escalate more complex problems when needed.
