Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for a 4/10 shift in Malabar, FL. The role supports day-to-day production across various assemblies, working with engineers on equipment setup, calibration, testing, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 4+ years with torque/hand tools and soldering, and J-STD or IPC-610 certifications. ITAR compliance and background checks apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing, rework, and quality testing across parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Partner with engineers on equipment setup, calibration, process experiments, and improvements.
• Use manufacturing data to evaluate performance and adjust products, instruments, or equipment.
• Follow established processes, identify simple issues, and elevate complex problems for resolution.
• Help develop and refine methods and procedures to control or modify manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience in Torque tool, hand, and automated.
• 4+ years of experience in Soldering.
• MUST HAVE J-STD or IPC-610 certifications
