Innova Solutions is actively seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support masking and demasking operations across various parts and assemblies. You will read work instructions, prepare surfaces, apply masking materials, and ensure product integrity throughout manufacturing and finishing processes.

The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow written procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a ManufacturingTechnician.

Position Type: Full-Time Contract, Possible Contract to hire

Duration: 12 months

Location: Malabar, FL 32950

Schedule : 4/10s Mon-Thu : 5:00AM-3:30PM

As a ManufacturingTechnician you will:

• Responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through the application and removal of masking materials on parts, assemblies, and components in accordance with established work instructions, engineering requirements, quality standards, and production schedules.
• This position performs a variety of masking and demasking functions to ensure product integrity throughout manufacturing processes.
• Perform masking and demasking operations on a variety of parts, assemblies, and components in accordance with approved procedures and specifications.
• Prepare surfaces and materials for masking application to ensure adherence to process and quality requirements.
• Apply masking materials to designated areas to protect surfaces during manufacturing and finishing operations.
• Remove masking materials from completed parts without causing damage to surfaces or finished product.
• Inspect parts before, during, and after masking and demasking operations to verify conformance to workmanship and quality standards.
• Read and follow work instructions, manufacturing travelers, process documentation, and drawings as required.
• Utilize hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment necessary to perform assigned tasks.
• Maintain accurate production, inspection, and process records in accordance with company requirements.
• Support production schedules and workflow demands to meet departmental and organizational objectives.
• Identify and communicate product, material, equipment, or process discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment and support additional production-related duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in masking, demasking, finishing, assembly, or other related manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with quality standards, inspections, and process compliance in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and maintain productivity in a team setting.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Pay Range and Benefits:

Pay Range*: $20 to $22/per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
