Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Anasco, Puerto Rico seeks a Technical Product Owner to maximize throughput and realize business value through JJT capabilities. You will bridge manufacturing processes with technology, guiding strategies, prioritizations, and ongoing product management for the Anasco Make squad.

You will collaborate with leadership on investments, coach indirect team members, and ensure compliant, secure environments while driving performance and value realization across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 6+ years of major IT product design and support in Supply Chain / Manufacturing operations product ownership.
• Experience supporting SAP applications preferred.
• Experience with MES platforms and integrations is preferred.
• Fluent in English (written / spoken) - Bilingual required.
• Experience within a GxP environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, priorities and OKRs for the site squad that support the internal manufacturing process/es, aligned to technology strategy.
• Establish & align technology roadmaps for the squads to achieve efficient delivery of value.
• Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features and reducing cost.
• Prioritize site squad backlogs and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Accountable for site financial budgets and aligned financial deliverables.
• Partner with site Leadership Teams on investments and budget alignment.
• Maintain site performance metrics and focus on value realization, uptime and pull-through.
• Orchestrate release of product/platform to the site ensuring reliable, compliant, and secure environments.
• Act as primary JJT SME during audits and cross-squad prioritization.
