Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Technical Product Owner for the Anasco/Make squad to maximize throughput and align business value with technology across the site. You will bridge manufacturing objectives and IT capabilities, coaching teams and shaping roadmaps that deliver value, reliability, and compliance.

You will partner with leadership on investments, drive prioritization, and ensure performance metrics are realized while supporting security and governance across the site’s digital landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in related fields.
• Minimum 6 years in major IT product design and support.
• Experience deploying manufacturing/shop-floor systems across multiple sites.
• Fluent in English; bilingual required.
• Experience in GxP environments and related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, priorities and OKRs for the site squad aligned to strategy and roadmaps.
• Prioritize backlogs, manage constraints, and resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Own site budgets and ensure value realization with financial plans.
• Ensure site reliability, security, and compliance across the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Leadership and partners to drive investments and roadmaps.
