Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Product Owner to maximize throughput for the Anasco plant by shaping product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and aligning with business objectives across manufacturing and technology teams.

You will drive value realization through governance, data, and user-centric design while coaching indirect teams and ensuring compliant, secure product delivery in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is required.
A master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or Manufacturing Operations is preferred.
A minimum of 6 years of major IT product design and support in Supply Chain / Manufacturing operations product ownership.
Project Management skills/experience in deployment of major IT capabilities (like manufacturing / shop floor systems) across multiple sites is required.
Experience supporting SAP applications preferred.
Experience with MES platforms and integrations is preferred.
Experience working around a supply chain and/or manufacturing environment.
Fluent in English (written / spoken) - Bilingual required.
Experience within a GxP and environment is required.
Good understanding of software development, testing methodologies (SDLC) and customer experience.
Foundational skills in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation and Emerging Technology, are required.
Deep knowledge in Manufacturing Supply Chain processes and product knowledge.
Track record of solving issues related to Manufacturing Process.
Track record of project delivery of Supply Chain projects related to Manufacturing Process.
Demonstrated ability to work with business partners at different levels to understand business requirements.
Experience of managing virtual, multi-location teams.
Experience of working in a Shared Services IT Operating model where development and support services are provided by shared services organizations that support multiple functional and organizational units is required.

Responsibilities

Maximize throughput and ensure value realization by the business through JJT capabilities.
Support the Anasco Make squad in reliability and performance of local products.
Define technology strategy and roadmaps aligned to business impact.
Prioritize backlogs, manage cross-team dependencies, and coordinate with architecture.
Be accountable for site financial budgets and KPI-driven value realization.
Collaborate to ensure secure, compliant environments and audit readiness.
Lead cross-squad communication and act as trusted advisor to manufacturing/tech leaders.
Overlay external insights and agile practices to drive end-to-end product management.
