Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 4+ years in manufacturing/ R&D, bilingual Spanish/English, and experience with FAT/IQ/OQ/PQ. Willingness to travel up to 10% and work onsite in Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment, R&D or Process Development.
• Must be fully bilingual: Spanish and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute moderate to high complexity manufacturing projects with safety, regulatory compliance, and business alignment.
• Drive process output, throughput, downtime, waste reduction, and capital investment optimization.
• Provide technical support for process deficiencies, changes, and equipment failures; analyze and resolve problems.
