Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Product Owner (TPO) for the Enterprise Supply Chain Make Product Group in Anasco, Puerto Rico. You will maximize throughput, translate business needs into value-driven tech solutions, and lead the site squad from inception through value realization.

You will partner with manufacturing leaders and IT, coach indirect teams, and ensure reliable, compliant, and secure deployments while guiding roadmaps and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of major IT product design and support in Supply Chain / Manufacturing operations product ownership.
• PM skills/experience in deployment of major IT capabilities across multiple sites.
• Experience supporting SAP applications preferred.
• Experience with MES platforms and integrations preferred.
• Fluent in English (written/spoken); bilingual required.
• Experience within a GxP environment is required.
• Good understanding of software development, testing methodologies (SDLC) and customer experience.
• Foundational skills in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation and Emerging Tech.
• Deep knowledge of Manufacturing Supply Chain processes and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, priorities and OKRs for the site squad, aligned to technology strategy.
• Balance business value with technical feasibility and prioritize features.
• Prioritize site squad backlogs and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Accountable for site budgets and aligned financial deliverables.
• Partner with site leadership on investments and cost embedding.
• Maintain site performance metrics for value realization and uptime.
• Orchestrate release of product/platform to ensure reliable, compliant environments.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior manufacturing and technology leaders across lifecycles.
• Collaborate with Product/Platform groups to align dependencies and roadmaps.
• Ensure site reliability and continuous improvement in the manufacturing context.
