Job summary

BAE Systems, Inc. in Aberdeen, SD is seeking a Manufacturing Tech II to join a high-performance team performing welding, machining, finishing, electrical assembly and mechanical assembly, and to write and follow manufacturing and test procedures.

The role offers a 4/10 schedule (Mon–Thu) with overtime on Fridays when needed, in a full-time position with first shifts available. Pay is $23.00 per hour, with opportunities to learn multiple processes and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pay is $23.00 an hour with a 4/10 schedule (Mon–Thu) and overtime on Friday when needed.
• Entry level individuals who thrive in a team environment and are willing to learn multiple processes including welding, machining, ablative installation, painting, and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Safely fabricate and assemble a quality product in accordance with procedures, drawings, and engineering instructions.
• Perform test procedures and complete documents to ensure a conforming product is manufactured.
• Manage time effectively and work a flexible schedule.
