Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in a technical/mechanical/manufacturing role.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and using machining tools.
• Proficient with machining tools, CNC equipment, and test instruments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical assembly and fabrication with tight tolerances.
• Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and adjust equipment and components.
• Develop and execute test procedures to validate performance.
• Machining and fabrication using lathes, mills, welders, and related tools.
• Operate overhead cranes and material handling equipment.
• Inspect, test, and ensure quality standards compliance.
• Document work, test results, and maintenance activities.
• Utilize CAD/CAM software to manufacture parts.
