Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a manufacturing support professional to join the San Diego Innovation Center of Excellence. You will perform routine inspections, support process improvements, and troubleshoot equipment to maintain operational efficiency.

You will work with technicians and engineers to drive continuous improvement and safety in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 2–4 years in manufacturing with a High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related manufacturing experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of equipment and production areas.
• Support process improvement initiatives with engineers and technicians.
• Conduct fault detection, equipment verifications, and setup activities.
• Investigate out-of-tolerance issues and assist in corrective actions.
• Update SOPs and technical documentation as needed.
• Support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency.
