Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing, CNC, fabrication, machining, industrial, or technical environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking and presenting to small and mid-sized groups.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions clearly.
- Basic understanding of CAD/CAM software.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to learn new technologies.
- Ability to travel throughout North America.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer training sessions virtually and onsite.
- Provide phone, remote, and onsite technical support.
- Conduct product demonstrations in showroom and field environments.
- Analyze customer applications and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams.
