Job summary

Pioneer Human Services seeks an entry-level Manufacturing Tech in Seattle, WA. You will be involved across departments such as Deburr, Assembly, Part marking, Packaging, Cargo Liner, Metal Vinyl and Machine Shop to build versatile skills.

The role offers a pay range typically between $21.50 and $25.80 per hour, with benefits starting after 30 days of full-time employment and additional coverages after 60 days. A High School diploma or GED is required, with manufacturing experience preferred.

Compensation

New hires for this position typically start between $21.50 and $25.80 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.
