What you'll do Support production as assigned by Lead and or Supervisor to help maintain Pioneer's goal for on-time delivery of customer parts and meeting all quality requirements. Assist with training new employees within the applicable areas assigned. Help maintain a productive and motivated work environment.
What you'll bring High School Diploma or GED, or be currently enrolled in a program where you are working toward this goal. Ability to read and write. Ability to comprehend/understand/follow written and verbal instructions and all work related documents. 1 year related experience in a manufacturing environment. Must be proficient with department related manufacturing equipment and quality tools. Ability to manufacture and inspect parts to customer drawings. Experienced with Epicor ERP or a related manufacturing ERP or MRP system. Ability to work in a team environment and interact positively with others
